Jeff Sutherland explains how it is becoming increasingly common for Scrum to first take root in a company’s engineering department and then expand out into other departments throughout the company. He says that “Scrum can double the production of anything – it doesn’t matter whether it’s sales, marketing, software, finance – it works everywhere.”
