It’s commonly accepted in the Agile community that addressing impediments is a critical part of creating high performing teams. However it is often a struggle for teams to come up with impediments on a daily basis. How do we help people to see the impediments to the work they are doing? This tutorial aims to provide insight into how to identify impediments using a variety of exercises and collaborative discussion. The objective is to provide insight and explore techniques that will help to overcome the “impediment blindness†that can sometimes affect even the best teams.
