Agile is now mature enough to exchange ideas with other fields. Ideas should flow in both directions – bringing in new ideas from outside, and also sharing what we have learned with the wider community. This session will present useful ideas which we can “steal†from business, psychology, economics and engineering, with particular emphasis on valuing people and their interactions.
